This document outlines the process of calculating and distributing payments at VeronaLabs, including expectations for full-time and part-time members, as well as how official holidays affect work hours.

Payment Schedule

• Payments are processed and made between the 1st and 5th of each Gregorian month.
• Starting from 2025, salaries are defined in US dollars and paid in Iranian Rials.

Salary Calculation

All salaries are calculated based on the Gregorian calendar month.

Part-Time Members:

Salaries are based on tracked hours in ‣ .

Formula:

Part-Time Salary = (Monthly Salary / 140) × Hours Logged

Full-Time Members:

After completing their Probationary Period Policy for New Hires , full-time employees are not required to track their time unless specifically requested for certain projects or reasons.
