At VeronaLabs, we believe in rewarding the hard work and dedication of our full-time team members. Every year, we allocate 5% of the company’s income to be distributed as bonuses. This document explains how the bonus is calculated and how each team member’s share is determined.

How the Bonus is Calculated

The total bonus pool (5% of the company's income) is divided among eligible employees based on a point system. The more points you have, the larger your share of the bonus. There are two main factors that determine your points:

1. Founders Points (0.5 - 3 points)

These points are based on your overall contribution to the company. Navid and Mostafa, the founders, assign these points based on several factors:

The points are assigned by the founders and are non-negotiable. These points are meant to reward your hard work, expertise, and the value you bring to the team. They also reflect the trust and confidence the founders place in you to help drive the company forward.

2. Time-Served Points (0.5 - 3 points)

This parameter reflects the duration of time a team member has been with VeronaLabs as a full-time employee.
